OreaBlush is a skincare brand from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, built around one idea: the soap you use every single day should be the most nourishing product in your bathroom, not the harshest. It is owned and operated by Roziyo Trading Private Limited, a company incorporated in 2020 and registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

The brand itself is new. We filed the OREABLUSH trademark application in July 2026 and launched with a single product on purpose: a handmade bath bar made with goat milk, shea butter, kokum butter, olive oil, colloidal oatmeal, aloe vera and licorice root. We would rather get one bar right, hear what your skin thinks of it, and grow from there than launch a shelf full of products nobody has tested properly.

What we care about is simple. Ingredients you can read and recognise. A rich, creamy lather that leaves skin feeling soft and comfortable instead of tight. Honest descriptions that do not promise miracles. A price that includes GST and does not change at checkout. And a real, registered Indian company behind the website that answers the phone when something goes wrong.

The name OreaBlush does not carry a forced meaning. It was chosen because it sounds soft and clean, is easy to say across Indian languages, and felt like the kind of name you would be happy to see on your bathroom shelf every morning.

We intend to grow slowly and carefully: one well-made product at a time, each one held to the same standard as the first bar, each one backed by the same 30-day return window and the same team on the other end of the email.

Our current range is deliberately small: a goat milk and shea butter bath bar, sold in packs of two, three or four so that a household never runs out mid-week. Does the bar actually do what the description says, with no exaggerated skin claims? Does it comply with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, the Cosmetics Rules, 2020, and the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, including net weight, MRP, manufacturer details and best-before information? Is the price fair for what is inside? And can we stand behind it if a customer is not happy?

Skin is personal, and no bar suits everyone. If an OreaBlush product does not agree with your skin or does not live up to its description, our 30-day return policy applies in full, and we want to hear about it, because that feedback is exactly how the range gets better.

How We Handle Complaints and Disputes

We do not enjoy receiving complaints — but we take them seriously when they come, because every complaint represents a real person who had a real problem with something we are responsible for. Our approach to complaint resolution is direct, fair, and transparent.

We acknowledge every email within 2 business days and aim to resolve the vast majority of complaints within 7 business days. For complex issues involving manufacturer warranty claims or courier investigations, resolution may take up to 30 days, and we will keep you informed at every stage.

If our support team has not resolved your concern to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to our designated Grievance Officer at support@oreablush.com. The Grievance Officer is responsible for reviewing escalated complaints independently and providing a final response within 30 days of receiving the escalation.

If your complaint remains unresolved after following the above steps, you have the right to approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (District, State, or National, depending on the value of your claim) under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

How Our Bars Are Made and Sourced

OreaBlush bars are made in small batches by the artisan soap makers we work with in India, to a fixed ingredient list that does not change between batches. We do not buy anonymous white-label stock and put a sticker on it. Every production partner is a legitimate, identifiable business, and every batch is checked against the same ingredient list that appears on the product page.

We keep written agreements with our production and ingredient partners covering ingredient quality, batch consistency, hygiene during manufacture, and the process for handling any bar that does not meet standard. If a batch is inconsistent, it does not ship. If a problem cannot be resolved, the product comes off the site until it is.

We work only with partners who can provide proper tax documentation, including GST invoices, so that our own compliance chain is complete and verifiable. We do not engage with suppliers who cannot provide legitimate purchase documentation.

We made a deliberate decision to build oreablush.com on Shopify rather than a custom-built or less established platform. The reasoning was simple: Shopify provides a level of security, reliability, and payment infrastructure that would take us significantly longer and greater investment to build independently — and our customers deserve that baseline from day one.
